Albert Prosa, born on 1 October 1990, is an Estonian professional footballer who has made a name for himself as a prolific goal-scorer in the Meistriliiga and beyond. With a career spanning over a decade, Prosa has amassed an impressive tally of goals and accolades, solidifying his position as one of Estonia's most talented forwards.
Prosa's footballing journey began with local club Tammeka, where he made his debut in the Meistriliiga on 15 March 2008. His impressive performances earned him a trial with German champions Borussia Dortmund in July 2011, although he ultimately failed to secure a contract.
In November 2011, Prosa signed a three-year contract with Meistriliiga club Flora. During his stint with the club, he won the Meistriliiga title in the 2015 season and scored an impressive 61 goals in 126 appearances. His contract was terminated by mutual agreement in July 2016.
Prosa made his unofficial debut for Estonia in a non-FIFA match against Basque Country on 25 May 2011. He went on to make his official senior debut on 19 June 2011, in a friendly match against Chile. Prosa scored his first international goal on 6 January 2016, in a friendly draw against Sweden.
In August 2016, Prosa signed with Veikkausliiga club RoPS until the end of the 2016 season. The following year, he joined FCI Tallinn on a one-year contract, scoring twice in their Estonian Supercup victory and helping the team win the Estonian Cup.
In December 2017, Prosa signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with Maltese Premier League club Valletta. He later joined Veikkausliiga club TPS in August 2018, leaving the club at the end of the year.
In February 2019, Prosa rejoined his former club Tammeka on a contract for the rest of the year. This marked a full circle for the talented forward, who has consistently demonstrated his skills and dedication to the sport.
