He made his debut for the club in a 2-2 draw against Anderlecht on September 13, coming on in the 68th minute for Wanderson. Masika scored his first goal for Lierse on September 24, opening the score in a 4-0 Belgian Cup win over Sint-Truiden.

In July 2016, Lierse signed Masika on a permanent three-year deal. His impressive performance led to a new opportunity in 2017, when he joined Beijing Renhe, a Chinese League One side.

At Beijing Renhe, Masika continued to excel, scoring eight goals in his first season to help win promotion to the Chinese Super League.
