Hidalgo's impressive displays as a forward with the B-team earned him three goals in the 2003-2004 season, followed by four goals in the subsequent season. However, it was his transformation into a winger that truly showcased his potential, culminating in an impressive 11 third-division goals in the 2005-2006 season.
