WyssDunant established himself as a prominent radiologist in Bern, becoming a member of the Berner Akademische Alpen-Klub (Bern Academical Alpine Club). He later moved to Geneva, where he set up a successful practice and met his future wife, Lucrece. Throughout his medical career, WyssDunant published several treatises, showcasing his expertise in radiology.
