Richard Reed Parry is a Canadian mult-instrumentalist, composer, and producer, best known as a core member of the Grammy Award-winning indie rock band Arcade Fire. Bell Orchestre released their debut album, As Seen Through Windows, in 2009, which went on to win a 2011 Juno Award for Best Instrumental Album.

Parry is a longtime core member of Arcade Fire, coproducing and collaborating on the band's debut EP. He brought in Bell Orchestre bandmate Sarah Neufeld and New International Standards bandmates Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara to help reform and recreate the band. As a member of Arcade Fire, Parry has contributed to the band's success, including their Grammy Award wins.
