Stock was born on March 4, 1979, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She graduated from St. John's-Ravenscourt School and later attended the University of Manitoba, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in chemistry as an honors student. Stock is trilingual, speaking English, French, and Spanish.
Before entering the world of professional wrestling, Stock was a skilled athlete, practicing and competing in Muay Thai kickboxing for several years. She also participated in various sports, including soccer, track and field, cross-country running, and horseback riding.
