Blake was born on 26 October 1994 in Lautoka, Fiji. At the age of 9, he moved to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, where he began playing junior football for the Brighton Seagulls. Later, he moved to Perth and played for Joondalup Giants in the Perth Rugby League competition before making the Perth Pirates S. G. Ball Cup representative team.
At the end of 2012, Blake was signed by the Penrith Panthers after being spotted playing for the Pirates. In 2013, he played for the NYC team, scoring a try in Penrith's 42-30 win over the New Zealand Warriors in the NYC Grand Final.
In 2014, Blake was named on the interchange bench for the Fiji international team for the Pacific Rugby League International test against Samoa. Although he was later replaced by Petero Civoniceva, he went on to make his NRL debut for the Penrith Panthers against the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 5 of the 2015 NRL season.
Blake has since played for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League and has represented New South Wales City. His impressive performances have earned him a spot in the Fiji national team, where he continues to excel.
