Aivar Kuusmaa, born on June 12, 1967, is an Estonian basketball coach and former professional basketball player, renowned for his prowess on the court and his outstanding coaching career. As a shooting guard, Kuusmaa left an indelible mark on the sport, winning the USSR Premier Basketball League in 1991 with the Tallinn Kalev basketball team.
