Graham's basketball journey began during his college days, where he played for the University of Central Florida (2000-2002) and Oklahoma State University (2003-2005). During his four collegiate seasons, he averaged 13.0 points and 5.2 rebounds per game, helping Oklahoma State reach the Final Four in his junior year.
The Toronto Raptors selected Graham with the 16th overall pick in the 2005 NBA draft. In his first two seasons with the Raptors, he averaged 6.5 points and 3.1 rebounds in 159 regular season games, showcasing his skills at the free throw line with a .826 shooting percentage.
Graham's career-high 19 points were achieved on five occasions, and he grabbed a personal-best 12 rebounds against the Washington Wizards on March 30, 2007. After being waived by the Cavaliers in 2011, he continued to pursue his basketball dreams, playing for the Erie BayHawks of the NBA Development League in 2012 and Mets de Guaynabo of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional in Puerto Rico.
